Training
We attach great importance to the professional development of our employees and training is an ongoing process at Vulcan. Using our internal and external resources, we arrange programs that provide versatility to our other areas of training that are focused towards the career development of our employees. Additionally employees are also sent to technical seminars to further develop their skill sets and capture inputs from the field and industry leaders to better improve our methodologies. Our aim is to broaden and improve the employees professional competence and covers all category of workers from our engineers and technicians to managers. This has a direct impact on the quality and cost management that our customers seek.
Technical Seminars
This is a concept that we are introducing in 2009 to exchange technical information between Vulcan and our clients. The exchange would involve sharing of ideas and information that is not just limited to our product range. Vulcan will be choosing two or three clients that we feel will be capable in making a genuine contribution to the event.
Community
We encourage our employees to pursue further education and also provide school fees for their children. We also encourage our employees to be active participants in improving their community.
